Caring for yourself is a necessary part of caring for others! In this course we are going to teach you how to take care of yourself this holiday and how to prepare for an amazing new refreshed YOU!
In our “Self-Care for Teachers” course we will learn more about self-care, types of self-care, how to find your own love language, as well as ways to take care of yourself. We also look at meditation, mental health and how to prevent burnout.

Excellent work. The amount of information I learned in this short course astounded me.
