This practical short course helps teachers build stronger, more connected school teams through collaboration, communication, and mutual support. Participants will explore what effective teamwork looks like in an educational setting, learn how to build trust and resolve conflict constructively, and discover how individual strengths contribute to a united staff culture. Teachers will develop the skills to communicate clearly, celebrate small wins, and create a culture of shared responsibility in their schools.
